Unified Strength & Conditioning!

Special Olympics Pennsylvania is rolling out its newest high school interscholastic Unified Sport for the fall season! Unified Strength and Conditioning becomes the third Unified Sport being offered by high schools throughout the state. This team sport gives students with and without intellectual disabilities an opportunity to come together, proudly represent their school in interscholastic competitions, make new friends, get fitter, and have fun.
