Union Pacific Freight Trains Created on 5/1/21 Two years ago, we celebrated the 150th Anniversary of the Transcontinental Railroad in Ogden, Utah with Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 and Union Pacific 844. Due to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic last year, we put a short video dedicated to Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 returning to the rails. This year, we decided to put together an entire video featuring Union Pacific freight trains from various places including West Chicago, Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Waukegan, and many more! Throughout the video, you’ll see various Union Pacific locomotives such as the ES44AC, SD70ACe, AC4400CW, GP15, and more! In addition, you may see former Southern Pacific and Cotton Belt diesel locomotives that are currently owned by the Union Pacific Railroad along with a few of Union Pacific’s Special Painted Units such as Union Pacific SD70AH 1943 “The Spirit” and the Union Pacific SD70ACe 1111 “Powered By Our People”!
