This lesson will discuss using dimensional analysis to convert from one unit to another. In this lesson, we will practice 1-step conversions. Dimensional analysis takes the guess work out of unit conversion. It allows us to use conversion factors, special fractions equal to 1, that set-up the correct mathematical operations for conversion, cancel out the old units, and leave the new units.
