SPX FLOW announces our latest positive displacement pump technology in the Universal Twin Screw pump. This pump can increase process efficiency, maximize productivity and has the ability to pump both process liquids and CIP solutions. The screws are made from Waukesha "88" non-galling alloy with operating pressures up to 375 psi (25.5 bar) with high suction capabilities. The Universal Twin Screw pump is capable of bi-directional flow without having to change bearings or body configurations. The TS pump has the ability to pump shear sensitive fluids with larger particulates in lower pressure applications. The pump supports three screw pitches; wide, medium and narrow to accommodate varying pressure and flow rate profiles. This pump is assembled and tested in Delavan, WI and supported across the globe by an industry leading distribution network.
