Unpolished

Finally got around to getting the 5Dmkiii!!!!!! This video goes out to everyone who works tirelessly in order to pursue their passion and to those who are still in search of it. The audio bites I added to this video is from one of my favorite Hayao Miyazaki films. During the scene, Shizuku is presented with a seemingly ordinary rock, which is then revealed to contain emerald deep within it. It is through tireless polishing that the rock can reveal its true beauty as a gemstone, yet can still go further to contain an even more valuable stone deep within it. I was bedridden from a cold, but was just so excited to try out my new camera that I woke up before sunrise and headed to the park to experiment during golden hour. All of this footage is from the first day using my camera and I still have to learn its ins and outs. I hope to never stop pushing myself to polish my craft and keep developing new ways to create more films.
