Untestable? No Such Thing!

"It's untestable." I've heard it from testers, developers, managers. In all kinds of situations. Everything is testable... For the right price. The real question isn't "can we test it?" - it's "how hard did we make it to test?" Testability isn't a force of nature. It's a feature. And like any feature, it needs a customer. That customer is you - the tester. In this video, I break down the four things that make or break your system's testability: → Runnability — can you actually run the thing? One command, or an hour of fiddling with configurations? → Controllability — can you set up the starting state in a single API, or are you clicking through 5 screens every time? → Observability — when the test fails, can you see why? Or you're content with a "500 Internal Server Error"? → Reproducibility — Can you actually trust the result? Or does time-based logic and random IDs turn your suite into red-green roulette? Not sure?
