Anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies are central to cardiovascular disease management, and data driving best practices are constantly evolving. This Grand Rounds will review current approaches and highlight the latest research on direct oral anticoagulants and Factor XI inhibitors. Clinicians will gain a deeper understanding of current best practices related to prescribing and monitoring anticoagulants. Speaker: Margaret Fang, MD, MPH, is Professor of Medicine, Chief of the Division of Hospital Medicine at UCSF Health and Medical Director of the UCSF Anticoagulation Clinic.
