With the new R12i coming out you guys need to make sure you have updated your Trimble Access so you have the driver for the new receiver. Here is a video on how to do just that. https://www.trimble.com/installationmanager/
Right-click 'Download' and select 'Save Link As' if the file opens in a new tab.
