User requirement specifications is a document which is prepared in pharmaceutical industries for purchasing any instrument, equipment or device.The URS includes all the specifications of an equipment which are required by the user & sent to the manufacturer to follow these instructions to manufacture the equipment.At the time of FAT the user matches all the equipment specifications with his URS & if it is according to URS then FAT or factory acceptance test is passed.
