Urschel, Model Comitrol 1700, stainless steel, reduction mill for free flowing dry and semi-dry product with number of pounds of product per hour - depending on materials and application. Equipped with 14" diameter hopper connected to a 4"ID feed throat with an 87½" charge height, 9" OD / 6"ID milling chamber with (4) 3" dog leg style high speed rotating impeller and cutting head with vertical blades and 10" diameter product discharge with 38" ground clearance. Powered by a 40 Hp motor drive with push button start / stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Operations include comminuting, granulating, milling, slicing, liquifying, dispersing, and pureeing.
