Do researchers really invest in identifying their instruments' potential users/audience and perform usability testing to validate their solutions and decision support methods?
This is the first part presentation on qualitative usability testing. The goal of this presentation is to introduce designers and researchers to user experience and usability testing. The presentation provides practical advice on metrics to collect, analysis techniques to follow, and results validation techniques of usability testing.
