In the last video of this series we covered how the US Air Force teaches the conventional bombing pattern. Today, we'll go over what to do if you have come in low due to threats or weather. You can download the ranges used in this video from ED's site: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3314472/ The source material for this video is predominantly drawn from AETTTP 11-1 Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF). This is the instruction used for the Air Force's IFF course which all fighter pilots must attend before being attending the "B-course" that is specific to the airframe they will be flying at their permanent assignment. The fundamentals learned in IFF are critical to being successful in combat. While AETCTTP 11-1 is made available to everyone by the USAF, not everyone will be able to parse through it. My goal with this series is to help unravel that mystery for everyone regardless of background.
