USB Blaster - JTAG SERVER ERROR (Fix) (Quartus Prime 19.1) Intel FPGA

Just a short video covering the "clone" USB Blasters that seem to be very common on eBay these days, which give a JTAG SERVER ERROR with Intel JTAG (Quartus Prime) 19.1.
