Use schema builder to create a custom field for the property object

Steps to Create a Custom Field in Schema Builder Access Schema Builder Log in to your Salesforce org. Navigate to Setup (gear icon in the upper-right corner). In the Quick Find box, type and select Schema Builder. Locate the Property Object In Schema Builder, you'll see a canvas with all your objects. Use the search bar or scroll to find the Property object. Add a Custom Field Drag the Custom Field icon (on the left panel) onto the Property object on the canvas. A dialog box will appear for field configuration. Field Details Field Type: Choose the appropriate type for your field based on the data you want to store (e.g., Text, Number, or URL for YouTube links). Field Label: Enter a label, e.g., YouTube Description. Field Name: Automatically populates but can be customized. Length (for Text): Specify the character limit (e.g., 255 for a short description). Help Text: Provide additional information for users about this field, e.g., "Enter the YouTube video description for this property." Field-Level Security (FLS) Choose the profiles that should have access to the field (visible, editable, or read-only). Page Layouts Select the page layouts where this field should appear. Save the Field Click Save to finalize the creation of the field. Verify Navigate to the Property object and ensure the field appears as expected on the designated page layouts.
