There used to be a few manufacturer of high quality rugged flowrappers based in the UK - Rose Foregrove and Autowrappers come to mind. Redpack are perhaps one of the last of the old breed still making top quality rugged flowrappers. Yes, their flowrappers are expensive but they do have an excellent reputation so rebuilding even their oldest 'Pacer' model and turning it into a latest generation flowrapper can be an excellent choice and save tens of thousands of pounds over the cost of a brand new model.
