Useful idiots
[INTRO — Spoken, male] Yeah… Beat drops like a warning. Whole world acting woke but still asleep. No good genie — just a bad one granting cheap wishes. Let’s talk. ⸻ [HOOK — Male + Female, layered] They play us like a script, we just actors in the plot, Useful idiots dancing while the puppeteers watch. Freedom ain’t selective — choose all or choose not, ’Cause God gave the choice, and I’ll protect that right a lot. ⸻ VERSE 1 — Male Vocal They divide us for profit, every label, every scene, Tech lords rub the lamp — but that’s a bad damn genie. Finance kings pull strings, whisper what we should believe, Influencers read lines like a movie they don’t see. Politicians acting clueless — but trust me, that ain’t free, Some know they’re selling lies; some forget their own deceit. Useful idiots: smart enough to ace the part, But not enough to notice they’re products on a chart. And rappers… man, rappers don’t speak truth anymore, Miss the days Pac screamed “F*** the police!” like a war. Now they fear losing deals, followers, spotlight, appeal, Courage turned antique — nobody keeps it real. ⸻ [VERSE 2 — Female Vocal] They told us “leave the kitchen, girl, go rise and be free,” But freedom turned to marketing — selling versions of you and me. Queens in our homes, now we’re “hot content,” trimmed, Digital crowns replaced gold ones — and they still call that a win. “Your body, your choice,” only when the slogan looked cute, But when the world locked down? they said: “No choice — take the shoot.” Abortion’s her decision — that’s the story they teach, But men can’t “opt out” of payment from a night both agreed to reach. They say “own your body,” but only in one direction, Rules bend and twist depending who wants protection. They say “women are free — wear whatever you like,” But France and Quebec ban hijabs at work overnight. If she’s free to wear bikinis on a beach in July, Then she’s free to cover up — that’s what freedom implies. Choice ain’t real if it works for one outfit, not two — If you preach liberation, then it’s got to be true. Girls lose innocence early — high school halls turn to scenes, But marrying young? “A crime!”— hypocrisy extreme. Or she reaches college and gets shamed for staying pure, Must lose it in frat-boy culture just to feel secure. ⸻ [HOOK — Male + Female] They play us like a script, we just actors in the plot, Useful idiots dancing while the puppeteers watch. Freedom ain’t selective — choose all or choose not, ’Cause God gave the choice, and I’ll protect that right a lot. ⸻ VERSE 3 — Male Vocal (Passports & Borders) Two passports, same person — insane how borders lie, One lets you walk in clean, the other makes you justify. Same face, same life, same dreams, same breath, But a booklet’s color decides your limits and stress. Systems built on bias, but they call it “world order,” People chasing stamps like freedom lives across a border. You ain’t free if your rights only work in Section A, And fade like smoke the moment rulers want their pay. ⸻ BRIDGE — Spoken, Female + Male alternating They sell empowerment with chains underneath. They sell rebellion while controlling what you speak. They call it progress while moving us backward. They call it freedom but they censor every chapter. ⸻ VERSE 4 — Male Vocal (Shisha Ban Hypocrisy) They say shisha’s forbidden — “bad for you,” they claim, But alcohol’s on every shelf destroying livers by name. Cigarettes in every store, cigars for the elite, Weed and mushrooms legal now — “relax, take a seat.” How the hell is shisha the villain in this fight? Just flavored smoke and chill on a quiet summer night. No high, no chaos — just friends and tea in the breeze, But they banned it like a crime while they tax what they please. If danger’s the excuse, then the logic is flawed — ’Cause half the legal market does worse by law. Hypocrisy burns hotter than coal in the bowl, Regulate the truth — don’t erase the soul. ⸻ FINAL VERSE — Male + Female (Freedom Philosophy) Freedom ain’t a buffet where you pick what you like, It’s a God-given right — even for those you dislike. If you choose for yourself but deny others the same, Then freedom’s just a mask hiding somebody’s game. (Both) So choose your path fully — don’t split yes and no, If I want freedom for me, then you get freedom also. God gave us the choice — and I swear on every beat, I’ll defend that right for anyone… even my worst enemy. ⸻ OUTRO — Whispered Useful… Useful… Useful idiots no more. Wake up. Written by Laith
