In this video we cover how to create additional user accounts and permissions for users based on roles allowing for you to control the level of access for any individual or group you determine. Keep in mind that only authorized emails you have specified to us will be allowed to keep their accounts on your server. Accounts not specified to us will be subject to deletion as per the Terms of Service.
If you have an authorized user that has lost access to your store then contact us for us to troubleshoot and restore access immediately.
