Using Chrome profiles to manage multiple Google accounts

Ensure small head matches big head Mismatches cause the problems! How multiple Chrome accounts help you work most efficiently Login - Click on the profile menu icon Turn on sync Sign in Setup - it all goes with you! No matter where you log in, these remain the same: Bookmarks Autofill Payment methods History Passwords Automatically logged in to other Google services (YouTube, etc.) Context - working in context keeps my mind straight about what I’m doing How? Use themes… Themes - use a unique one for each different account: Chrome: Settings -- Appearance -- Themes Gmail: Settings -- Themes My setup - Personal (Home) - Brown Bookmarked links - Gmail, Reading, Music, Banking, etc. Google associated sign-on (SSO) for each website gets me right in Chrome-saved passwords Work 1 (ATLAS) - Dark Blue - not shown here Work 2 (Army) - Camo Bookmarked links - Email, Teams, Evaluations, Records Google associated sign-on (SSO) for each website gets me right in Chrome-saved passwords No social media, no YouTube, etc. (focused Army work) Work 3 (Professional / Side Hustle) - Royal Blue Bookmarked links - Creating links, publishing links, social links Google associated sign-on (SSO) for each website gets me right in Chrome-saved passwords Avoid - Mismatched profiles!
