Using NOAA Graphics to determine Current at any Time Problems

In 2025, the US Coast Guard has changed the way they test people on calculating Currents at any time. They no longer require you to use the Tidal Current Book but rather have you use NOAA Graphics. The NOAA Graphic method is much simpler to use.
