Using RPA Aging Protocols to Solve Quality Issues

A manufacturer of anti-vibration compounds contacted Alpha Technologies after experiencing significant product failures in multiple production batches. However, standard cure data showed no issues with the compounds. Alpha application engineers went deeper and used the Premier RPA to conduct multi-step aging protocol to uncover tiny but critical differences in compound behavior that standard testing could miss.
