Using the SCU to Fix Windows Firewall Issues

If Windows Firewall is blocking communications with the ESS, this will fix it by: 1) Resetting the Windows Firewall to Default (This will remove all of the current Firewall rules including the one blocking communications with the ESS). 2) Enabling Windows Firewall (We have seen Windows Defender step up and block the ESS when Windows Firewall is disabled). 3) Adding new rules to Windows Firewall to allow Mach3 and Mach4 to talk with the ESS. Most people will not need to do these steps. Normally the SCU will do everything that most computers need.
