Visual schedules have helped my autistic son daily for many years. They are used at school and in our home for my son Shane. Visual schedules help autistic children understand what is expected of them and know what is coming up next. This can help to reduce meltdowns and make transitions a lot easier. In this video, I share with you how we use visual schedules, how to make them and when you might want to try using them.
