V1.11.2 Patch Notes Breakdown

It's been 3 weeks since Maco already, which means it's time for another balance patch. Some outlier heroes got adjusted (Morigesh, Maco, Eden, Bayle, ...), we get one or two big item changes (Hexbound and Tier 2 anti-heal), and a few quality of life changes (Social Screen and Minimap).
