V1.9.2 Patch Notes Breakdown

A little late to the party but V1.9.2 is here and with it comes a host of minor balance changes, mainly being nerfs to some of the overperforming heroes. Akeron, Kallari, Khaimera, and Serath received the biggest hits with reductions to their power and on-hit scaling, while Bayle, Countess, and Wraith receive some slight boosts to their damage output. I doubt this patch turns the meta on its head or anything, but there are some changes you might want to know about, especially if they are to your favorite heroes or items.
