This system will automatically feed a moulder by loading a layer at a time onto the Moulder Infeed which feeds the boards into the moulder. This system had a max speed of 36m/min (limited by moulder speed)but the moulder Infeed can feed up to 80m/min. Vacuum lifter can lift boards 2.4m-6.0m long with a pack width of 1.2m.
