Validating Voices: Simple Skills That Make a Lasting Difference

Nicole Lee, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with a background in trauma informed care. At the heart of everything Nicole does is a commitment to social justice through empathy, advocacy, and human connection. She has led programs for health services, directed transitional housing programs, and contributed to the operations of 988, the national suicide and crises lifeline. In private practice since 2016, she works with children, adults, couples, and families. She holds a BA in anthropology and a MSW from NYU, along with advanced clinical training in trauma therapy and supervision.
