The plaintiff says she sold a Van Cleef diamond ring on an eBay auction and after the defendant had it in her possession and agreed to pay for it, she changed her mind. The woman returned the ring to her, and when she opened the box, she couldn’t believe her eyes. There was a diamond missing.
