Procedure
1.Calibrate an amber prescription bottle (size: 100 ml) with water.
2.Weight out _______ mg of vancomycin and dissolve in minimum quantity of water.
3.Measure ________ mL of glycerin and add it to the vancomycin solution. Rinse the graduated cylinder used to measure the glycerin with 5 mL purified water.
4.Add few drops of flavors.
5.Prepare 15 mg/mL solution of saccharin using aliquot method.
6.Add 2 ml of the saccharin solution (equivalent to 30 mg saccharin) to the vancomycin solution and qs to 60 ml with purified water.
