My pearl for the variations in brackets' positions and their effect on slot prescription
1. If the brackets moved across the occlusal line, tip and torque will be change
2. If the brackets moved across the midline line, only tip will be changed;
3. If you invert the bracket, only the torque will be changed; and
4. In-out bend will not be affected if the bracket moved from one place to another
PS:
In-out=first order bend
Tip=second order bend
Torque= third order bend
