VB Code Selection Sort and Quick Sort in VB.Net

In this lesson we explain how Selection Sort and Quick Sort work, discuss their Algorithms, and show how to use them in VB.Net to sort arrays. Although VB.Net has its own internal Sort function which works fine for most of the Applications we have been creating, it is good to take a "peak under the hood" and see the actual mechanics of sorting data into ascending order. This is also the kind of material that is always included in Computer Science courses, so that there can be Exam Questions on Sorting. We look at some typical Examination Questions at the end of the video. This lesson will be useful to anyone studying a Computer Science or Software Development course.
