Vector Components and Projections in 3-Dimensions

In this video we go over how to find the vector component and projection in 3D. First we go over where the concept comes from then we do two examples. For what we do in my class you'll find that the component comes up more than the projection but being able to find both kind of quickly is a very useful skill. These ideas come up in multivariable calculus, vector calculus, or Calculus 3, depending on the name of your course!
