12 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
1 tbs salt
Vegetables
2 tbs oil
1/4 cup scallion
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup white onion
1 sprig rosemary
1/4 tbs ginger
1 1/2 cup bell pepper
2 cups pak Choi
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup jalapeño peppers
4 cloves garlic
salt, black pepper , all purpose seasoning
