Let's STEP it up a notch with our at home workouts! 😜 Dorothy will lead us with Felicia and Nicole in a 30 minute Step Interval class. Nicole will demonstrate an advanced level and Felicia will have your modified option without a step. This class is geared for "All Levels" of participants. This class offers the classic "cross-training" effects by alternating 4-5 minutes of Step Aerobics with 1-2 minutes of weights/resistance work to target various muscle groups. *Victory Lady Fitness does not own the rights to the music within this video.
