This video is the second in a series entitled "Visualization programs". The series is aimed at providing introductions to the most widely used programs for biomolecular visualization. This tutorial shows basic commands in VMD, such as generating different molecular representations (different ways of showing the molecule), specifying selections, changing the colors of those selections.
