Voice Attack Tutorial Part 14.3 - Shield Management with Prefix/Suffix, Part 3

I've decided to rewrite the shield management commands to take advantage of the prefix and suffix derived commands in VoiceAttack, which should allow for greater flexibility in issuing commands.
