Hello coders! Today I'd like to share a very nice feature of Visual Studio Code.
Code snippets. Here's how you can make your own!
You can make snippets for a lot of languages. I demonstrate one for JavaScript in this video. There are some more advanced things you can do with them, like placing them arround a selected piece of code. I also show that in the tutorial. If you like to read more about that, you can find all documentation at https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/userdefinedsnippets , which also includes a list of the variables used.
