VTOL Hover to Forward Flight Transition Fail

I was going to test the transition from Hover to Forward Flight on my VTOL T1 Ranger running inav 9.0.1 and it failed in epic fashion! Luckily I was able to save it on both attempts. I need to figure out what setting I have wrong, because all the other flight modes and transition from Forward Flight to Hover work fantastic.
