VTubers, AI and Normalization

Ironmouse, Amalee, Shyliliy, Sinder and other VTubers having problems with Generative AI makes a lot sense considering the fact that their careers would not exist if there were no artists. So don't let the conflations made by the detractors fool you there is a difference between GenAI and AI and one is used to steal content from others while the other is the basis of NPC actions in video games since the 80s. In reality the biggest issue here besides the usage of GenAI is also the fact that Hotta studios the creator of NTE or Neverness to Everness LIED to these girls' agencies about the fact that they do not use GenAI assets in their game and given the examples shown it is pretty clear that they still decided to go ahead with launch before cleaning up the game of these assets.
