vu meter ring - update

This has been forgotten for some time... using some of my latest vu meter code on an old project.... I will only show the vu meters - but there are 14 vu meters and 8 standby patterns. with the usual auto modes... on first power up its auto vu meter mode, first selection is auto standby, then each vu meter can be selected in turn.
