VW Polo EPC Warning Light - Brake Switch Replacement ******************* Hey guys, We continue with the restoration of our VW Polo 6N2. One of these days, I was driving the car and out of nowhere appeared an EPC light on the dashboard. The EPC alarms can be caused by several modules. There are several symptoms and problems that generate these EPC warnings. The right thing to do in these cases is to connect a scanner or Vag-COM (VCDS) and check what the problem is. In my case there was no engine problem, everything was normal. It was then that as soon as I could I turned on my VCDS and verified that in fact my problem was nothing serious, it was just a failure in the brake switch.
