Wallflip Tutorial - Parkour/ Freerunning/ Tricking

#TutorialTuesday Really sorry for not posting last week, I was super busy with work and preparing for the performance my team Spiral Freerun were in on Saturday 18th! The wallflip is easier than a normal backflip in my opinion as the kick off the wall allows for less than 1 full rotation, it is more like 3 quarters of a backflip!
