Ms. Lara Chamberlain shares teaching tips for Wanshu, compiled from all her teachers. Ms. Chamberlain started practicing Matsubayashi-ryu karate in 1985. In 2019, she became the founder of Tiida-ryū (Tenyō-ryū). She was a dedicated student of Shoshin Nagamine, Takayoshi Nagamine, and Yasuharu Makishi. All of her videos are an effort to share all of the teachings she has received over the years.
