This technique is suitable for Warhammer 40K, Age of Sigmar, Warmachine, Infinity, or pretty much any other 28mm miniatures game.
Materials needed:
-A base
-Two-part putty
-1/4" cork board
-Dried lichen or sheet moss
-Seashells
-Flock
-Basing sand
-Woodland Scenics Water Effects
Paints needed:
-White
-Black
-VMC Beige Red
-VMC Neutral Grey
-VMC Ivory
-Army Painter Soft Tone
-Army Painter Strong Tone
-Army Painter Dark Tone
-Varnish (I use Pledge floor gloss and AK Interactive Ultra Matte)
