It is important to warm up before starting a resistance training workout. The reasons for this to increase your heart rate a little bit, open up your blood vessels throughout your body, warm up your muscle, muscles, and joints, and to reduce injury. You can use some or all of these warm-up exercises before my resistance training videos.
