NCTCOG and the Wastewater and Treatment Education Roundtable (WATER) hosted the virtual Grease Interceptor Inspector Training and Roundtable on Thursday, August 5, 2021. This workshop will include presentations from the City of Irving and the City of Southlake, covering grease interceptor inspections, repairs, replacements, cleaning, and maintenance. At the end of the presentations, there will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions, share challenges and successes, and discuss best management practices.
