Water Spotted Nail Art Tutorial

Today I'll be showing you how to create a water spotted pattern on your nails. Products used are listed below. The sanitizer seems to build up gradually - if you get to a point where the polish won't spread, or the spots don't form when you spray, try changing to fresh water =) I wish the purple showed up better on camera! But it is always a tricky color to take pictures of.
