I have a CAD file but the utilities are not there, they are only shown on the PDF. In this example I show that you can not only align the PDF to the CAD file, but you can extract the waterline, assign a template to it with a fixed depth, edit the profile, create a surface, AND get useful information such as quantities and depth reports.
