Watermelon Bread

I made this bread because I thought it would be fun! There is no watermelon in this recipe. It is called watermelon because of how it looks like. Most of you are more creative than me so I am sure you can come up with other exciting ideas. I had so much fun making this bread. I hope you will too. If you choose not to color the dough, you can just shape and put them in loaf pans and they will make soft and delicious bread. Chef's Notes: Do not stress yourself out with how to divide the colors of the bread. Since we can not always have exactly the same weight of the dough after we finish mixing because some may add more flour or the egg is bigger and other factors. Here is my suggestion. After you finish kneading the dough, take out 180 - 200 grams of the dough and keep the color as it is. Then, take out about 220 - 240 grams of the dough and color it green. Lastly, add red to the remaining dough. I used an electric knife in the video but feel free to use your regular bread knife. I just love using the electric knife because they make clean cuts.
