Waylay got buffed AGAIN???

EVEN MORE WAYLAY BUFFS ARE HERE I CANT BELIEVE IT. A LOT of people will probably think she got nerfed this patch. However I actually think in patch 11.08 waylay got buffed! This is because 90% of the changes don't matter, the main thing is her ult getting a size reduction HOWEVER the ult is now almost instant. Almost every single time I have used my ult I hit all 5. The only reason you don't see more clips is because... hinder still kinda sucks... I am super happy with these changes though! Thanks riot!
