Upcoming version of wcc (WING CC management application) providing time-based or time-aware buttons. This can be used to set tap-tempo capability (which WING already has) on multiple effects from a single button, a global tap-tempo, or tap-tempos with different time scales on different effects (Wing doesn't provide any of these).
